Use the account email address to request deletion of your VULT account and associated cloud information.

Support may ask you to verify access to the account email. Never send your password, passcode or one-time code.
Deletion is completed
VULT will remove or de-identify the account and associated cloud records, except information that must be retained for security, billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Cloud information connected to your identity.
- Supabase authentication account and profile
- Synced finance snapshots and preferences
- Cloud import jobs and Financial Score records
- Leaderboard profile and public display name
- Service entitlement records, subject to billing retention rules
Local data is separate. Information stored only on a device may not be reachable by VULT. Delete local records in the app, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it from each device.
