1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using VULT, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use VULT. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. What VULT provides
VULT provides tools for personal budgeting, transaction tracking, accounts, savings goals, debt planning, receipt processing, analytics, reminders and habit-building. Features may vary between Android, web, local, free and Premium modes.
3. Not financial advice
VULT provides general budgeting tools and information only. It does not provide personal financial, credit, tax, legal or investment advice and does not act as a bank, lender, broker or financial adviser.
You remain responsible for checking entries, categories, calculations, imports and projections and for making decisions based on your own circumstances. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your email, device and credentials, and promptly notifying VULT of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share authentication codes or attempt to access another person’s account.
5. AI and automated outputs
Receipt interpretation, statement parsing, categorisation and Financial Score summaries may use automated or AI-assisted systems. Outputs can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Review them before saving, relying on or acting on them.
The VULT Financial Score is not a credit score and does not determine eligibility for any financial product.
6. Free and Premium access
VULT may offer a free tier supported by advertising and a paid Premium tier. Features, trial periods and prices shown at checkout are the offer that applies to your purchase.
Android digital subscriptions, when available, are billed and managed through Google Play. Web subscriptions may be processed by Stripe. Renewal, cancellation, refund and payment rules are also governed by the relevant platform’s terms and mandatory consumer law.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of information you enter into VULT. You give VULT the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit and display that information solely to operate the features you choose.
If you opt into a leaderboard or sharing feature, do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or privacy-invasive names or content. VULT may remove content or restrict access to protect users and comply with platform rules.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse VULT, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer protected services, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, exploit usage limits, use the service unlawfully or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
9. Availability and changes
VULT may change, suspend or discontinue features to improve the service, manage cost, address security or comply with law. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
10. Intellectual property
VULT’s software, brand, interface, artwork and original content are owned by or licensed to the VULT operator. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the service only for personal, lawful purposes under these terms.
11. Closing an account
You may stop using VULT at any time and can request deletion through the account-deletion page. VULT may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal requirements.
12. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, VULT is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities or decisions made using inaccurate user-entered or automated information.
13. Governing rules and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, without limiting mandatory rights available where you live. Questions can be sent to support@getvult.club.
